Innovative Sharing, celebrating its 4th anniversary, wanted to collectively envision its next five years with its diverse community. The challenge: harness the richness of different stakeholders and perspectives to co-design a shared future anchored in sustainability, engagement, and collective intelligence. The Lab design channeled this creative diversity toward a common vision, transforming differences into strategic complementarities.
Result
A sustainable growth vision co-created and collectively carried by the entire Innovative Sharing community. Profile diversity became strategic richness, strengthening both innovation and collective cohesion.
