Challenge

How can we leverage diverse stakeholder interviews to uncover the most impactful risks and opportunities for your sustainability strategy?

In preparation for EMAS certification, 16 in-depth interviews were conducted with clients and suppliers, selected to represent the diversity of VO’s agencies, sectors, and sustainability engagement levels. The objective: better understand their CSR challenges and expectations, beyond commercial exchanges, to strengthen relationships and ground the Lab’s SWOT analysis in real-world insights. 

The participatory methodology transformed these interviews into collective internal and external SWOT review sessions, followed by prioritization exercises to identify high-impact risks and opportunities for VO. 

Impact

An enriched understanding of stakeholder expectations and CSR challenges, crystallized in collaborative SWOT analysis. Client and supplier relationships were strengthened through authentic non-commercial engagement. The CSR team now has actionable insights documented in a detailed report for strategy development.
