Project description
How can international associations in Brussels best prepare for future challenges and collectively shape their priorities?
To celebrate its first anniversary, The Association Place (TAP) hosted a dynamic HackaLab session bringing together members and key stakeholders to co-create strategic priorities. This interactive session aimed to deepen understanding of challenges associations will face and explore how TAP can support them effectively.
Leveraging expert insights and participatory methodologies, participants collaboratively defined actionable priorities to drive impact and strengthen the Brussels association ecosystem.
The Lab Dialogue methodology transformed the anniversary into a founding strategic moment for the collective future.
Result
Co-constructed 2025 priorities carried by the entire TAP community, a shared vision of future association challenges, and a collective action plan to strengthen the Brussels international association ecosystem. The anniversary becomes a strategic transformation lever.
